Reiki at Nurture, Flow and Rise with Diane

Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that works with universal energy promoting balance, relaxation, and healing. It is a non-invasive, gentle practice that is safe for all ages and can be used to address a variety of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues. The Reiki Practitioner may place their hands in certain positions on the body to channel energy or they may work within the aura, a person's energetic field. The suggested benefits of Reiki include: easing chronic pain, relieving anxiety, reducing stress, boosting the immune system, improving sleep, promoting relaxation, aiding surgical recovery, helping to reduce hypertension, enhancing mental clarity, supporting the body's self-healing ability and improving emotional regulation .

Modern life is busy and over-stimulating even for our children.  More and more young people are affected by anxiety, stress, disrupted sleep and poor concentration.  Having been a primary school teacher for 20 years,  Diane is experienced at working with children and believes in the value of teaching them holistic practices from a young age, so that they can use these throughout their lives.  We offer Reiki to children aged 8 to 18,but they must be accompanied by a parent or carer for the entirety of the treatment.  Reiki sessions are shorter to suit the child's ability to sit relatively still.

When working with animals, who obviously cannot tell us how they are feeling, we will only continue with the treatment if your dog remains relaxed and calm during the Reiki session. 

Reiki is such a beautiful and intelligent energy that can travel across distances.

This means that I can send Reiki to you, wherever you are in the world and you do not even have to leave the comfort of your own home.  We don't need to be on video call or zoom.  You just need to sit or lie quietly undisturbed for 20 minutes at a time that we agree.  I will then send  Reiki to you.  Just like magic you will receive it!
