Terms and Conditions

1: Definitions

1.1: “Our”, “We”, “Us” refers to the business of Nurture, Flow and Rise with Diane.

1.2: “You”, “Your” refers to the person/organisation/company requesting holistic health treatments from Nurture, Flow and Rise with Diane.

2: Bookings and Acceptance

2.1: Bookings are made through Us via telephone calls, in person, Whatsapp messages, Instagram Direct Message or email.

2.2: A Client Record and Consent Form needs to be completed by You with up to date contact and emergency information about You.

2.3: If You have a medical condition and/or take life-saving medication, You will need to inform Us under medical details on the Client Information Form and provide a plan in case of emergency, which will be followed during emergencies. 

3: Charges

3.1: Our charges are as set out in the Price List. These can be altered either by decreasing or increasing at our discretion. A month’s notice will be given. 

3.2: To secure a 1:1 holistic health treatment session, full payment for this session should be paid 48 hours in advance.

3.3: To secure a place on a group workshop or retreat, full payment should be made at the time of booking.

3.4: If You wish to change or cancel the date and/or time of Your 1:1 holistic health treatment, You must communicate this to Us verbally, by a telephone call, Whatsapp message, Instagram Direct Message or email. It is Our discretion whether sessions can be moved to a different time and/or day.

3.5: If You wish to cancel Your 1:1 Holistic Health treatment session, you will be charged in full if you give 24 hours or less notice.

3.6: If You wish to cancel Your place on a group workshop or retreat, you will be charged in full if you give less than 7 working days notice. If you cancel after booking, giving more than 7 working days notice, you will be charged 50% of the total payment.

3.7: If You arrive late for your 1:1 holistic health treatment session(face to face or online), it will still finish at the pre-arranged time.

3.8: If You fail to turn up to a 1:1 holistic health treatment session, then the lesson will be paid for in full, due to taking up places for other potential customers and time taken up.

3:9: Should You owe Us monies from outstanding sessions, then We reserve the right to decline future bookings until Your account is settled with Us.

3.10: Payment can be made via BACS or cash.

3.11: If We have to cancel 1:1 sessions, group workshops or retreats (either face to face or online) due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, then no payments will need to be made by You. We will contact You to rearrange or cancel a lesson/workshop. If payment has been given, it will move to the newly arranged date or refunded.

4 Your Responsibilities

4.1: It is Your responsibility to inform Us if You have any medical conditions or special requirements.

4.2: It is Your responsibility to give Us up to date contact and emergency details in order to contact You or next of kin in emergencies. If circumstances change, You must give Us your new contact details asap.

4.3: It is Your responsibility to notify Us with any changes to permissions and health conditions for You / Your child. A care plan will need to be completed by You.

4.4: It is Your responsibility to notify Us if You are not attending your 1:1 holistic health treatment, group workshop or retreat.

4.5: To show respectful behaviour to Us and other clients at all times. verbal abuse will not be tolerated.

4.6: If you are unwell with cold symptoms, Covid, flu or other viruses, please inform Us as soon as possible to cancel or rearrange your appointment.  If you have sickness or diarrhoea within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact Us as soon as possible to cancel or change your appointment.  As some holistic treatments, such as Reiki, involve close contact, it is important to report illness to protect Us and prevent the possible transmission to other clients.

5: Our Responsibilities 

5.1: We will provide high quality holistic health treatments as requested by you. 

5.2: Clients will be treated equally and fairly regardless of age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, needs and disabilities.

5.3: Where necessary, We will adapt the treatments to meet an individual’s needs.

5.4: If We have to evacuate the building due to life threatening events e.g. fire, then We will assemble at the front of the house or at the assembly point at the venue.

5.5: If consultations are being held online via Zoom or Teams, these will not be recorded.

6. Information Provided by and to Nurture, Flow and Rise with Diane

6.1: Your personal information will be collected solely for the purpose of administering holistic health treatments.

6.2: Permission for photographs will be sought from You before any photographs are taken for marketing purposes.

7: Privacy

7.1: For information about how We might collect and use the information You give Us, the conditions under which We may disclose it to others, how we keep it secure and Your legal rights in relation to any personal information we hold, please refer to Our Privacy Policy.

7.2: Any personal details will be destroyed according to GDPR law.

8: Cacao Ceremonies

8.1. You must inform Us of any allergies.

8.2. Cacao is not suitable for You if you have a serious heart condition, low blood pressure or take blood thinning or blood pressure lowering medication, as it is a vasodilator.  It is also not suitable for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.  

8.3. Cacao is unsuitable if you take MAOI based anti-depressants because cacao naturally contains tyramine which is contraindicative of your medication.   

8.4. You must inform Us if anything in 8.2. or 8.3. applies to you.

8.5. You must be over 18 to partake in a cacao ceremony.

9. Sound Meditation and Sound Healing

9.1. These are unsuitable treatments for You if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have serious mental health, such as schizophrenia.

9.2. If you do not inform Us when booking of anything applicable to You in 9.1, we reserve the right to refuse to give the treatment and it will also be non-refundable.

10.1: Our logo is subject to copyright.

10.2: Our company name is subject to copyright.

10.3: Any material or information on this website is subject to copyright.
